 Career Awareness, which started in 1996 with Marple Newtown and Interboro Junior High Schools, links business and industry professionals with students to give them an up-close and in-depth look at the business world. Students learn about possible career choices through informative presentations and by job shadowing business professionals in the workplace. At the end of their experience, students complete a research paper and present an oral report on their discoveries and how it may have changed their view. The Foundation honors students who have scored 99 - 100% on their projects with a luncheon.
