Matt McGlaughlin is the Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Government Affairs at Monroe Energy, LLC. In this position, Matt is responsible for a range of tasks including tracking state and federal regulatory matters, issue advocacy, contract negotiations and other transactional matters, community relationship-building and charitable endeavors, grant-writing, and more. Prior to joining Monroe, Matt worked at a large Philadelphia law firm, and previously worked in electoral politics. Matt was raised in Springfield Township, Delaware County where he currently resides with his wife and two young sons. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, playing the bass guitar, and hiking. Matt holds a BA in Political Science and Anthropology from Muhlenberg College, a MA from Lehigh University, and a JD from Widener University School of Law. Matt is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Caitlin Ganley is an accomplished government affairs and community engagement leader with extensive experience navigating the intersections of public policy, corporate strategy, and regional advocacy. As Senior Director of State & Local Government and Community Affairs for Comcast, she oversees all government and community initiatives across Eastern Pennsylvania, leading franchise negotiations, community investment, and strategic advocacy efforts.
For more than a decade, Caitlin has built trusted relationships with municipal, state, and federal leaders, drawing on her background in legislative affairs, regulatory strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Comcast, she served in senior roles for Congressman Patrick Meehan, including District Chief of Staff, where she managed constituent services, advanced major regional infrastructure initiatives, and coordinated legislative priorities across Pennsylvania’s congressional delegation. Her earlier political campaign leadership includes managing competitive congressional races, driving grassroots mobilization, fundraising, media strategy, and coalition outreach. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Caitlin is deeply committed to civic and community service. She serves on multiple regional boards, including the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (as past Chair), the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, the Elizabeth Ciunci Foundation, and the Women’s Resource Center. Caitlin holds an Executive MBA from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from West Chester University. She and her husband, Michael Puppio reside in Springfield Delaware County with their daughter Vivian.
