Matt McGlaughlin is the Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Government Affairs at Monroe Energy, LLC. In this position, Matt is responsible for a range of tasks including tracking state and federal regulatory matters, issue advocacy, contract negotiations and other transactional matters, community relationship-building and charitable endeavors, grant-writing, and more. Prior to joining Monroe, Matt worked at a large Philadelphia law firm, and previously worked in electoral politics. Matt was raised in Springfield Township, Delaware County where he currently resides with his wife and two young sons. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, playing the bass guitar, and hiking. Matt holds a BA in Political Science and Anthropology from Muhlenberg College, a MA from Lehigh University, and a JD from Widener University School of Law. Matt is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Jacqueline Gardner is the Vice President of Operations of Tomorrow’s Utilities, Inc., an energy consulting company specializing in energy procurement and energy efficiency projects. As the landscape of the industry continues to evolve, Tomorrow’s Utilities is leading the way with assisting clients with their renewable energy and sustainability goals.
Jacqueline began her career within the Sports and Entertainment Industry, spending fifteen plus years working at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia in various departments. Jacqueline’s roles ranged from a Ticket Sales Coordinator for both the Philadelphia 76ers and Flyers to Manager of Sponsorship at NBC Sports Philadelphia. While at NBC Sports, she oversaw the implementation of Sponsorships for the Flyers, Sixers, Wings, Wells Fargo Center and SportsNet Philadelphia. In 2014, Jacqueline left NBC SportsNet Philadelphia to join her father’s business, Tomorrow’s Utilities located in Springfield, Delaware County. After spending a few years learning the Energy Industry, Jacqueline now runs the day-to-day operations of the company overseeing Client Procurement and Services. Jacqueline is a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School and West Chester University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She currently serves on the Board for Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber’s Foundation Board. Additionally, she volunteers as a Basketball Coach for Springfield Athletic Association. She resides in Springfield with her husband and three children.
