Youth Leadership & Recognition

The Chamber has two signature programs dedicated to developing Delaware County's future leaders while recognizing the outstanding students already making a positive impact in their schools and communities.

Youth Leadership Academy (YLA)

An immersive three-day leadership experience, YLA gives Delaware County high school sophomores the opportunity to connect with local leaders while developing valuable leadership, communication, and professional skills. Through interactive session and real-world experiences, students build confidence, expand their networks, and prepare for future academic and career success. 

Youth In Excellence

Youth in Excellence is a student recognition program that celebrates outstanding Delaware County students for their leadership, achievements, and commitment to their schools and communities. The program highlights young individuals who are already making a positive impact and inspiring others through service, involvement, and excellence.
