​Monarch Staffing has been an active Chamber Member since its inception in 2001. Lisa serves as their Local Account Executive, a seasoned professional with a real understanding of client and candidate needs. Her pleasant demeanor, adaptability, and sincerity makes the role of Ambassador Chair a natural fit for Lisa. As an Ambassador she enjoys engaging with new members, welcoming them to the group, and providing a sense of comfort during those first networking events. Building those relationships is key which is why Lisa enjoys connecting members and helping their business grow. Lisa is an active member of our community serving as the President of the Delaware County HR Association for 2017 and as a board member of Joseph’s People. Monarch Staffing is a proud Chamber Member, utilizing our resources, information, and networking opportunities to connect with business that further Monarch’s core values.
