9 MONTH IN -PERSON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Leadership Delaware County has been serving leaders for over 30 years. We are thrilled that the 2022-2023 program will be resuming our 9-month, in person program.
COVID-19 has changed the world and the workplace. Leaders must also change to effectively lead in the next normal. This 9-month leadership program exposes individuals to great leadership and deepens leaders capabilities in critical skills needed to lead today –empathy, active listening, decision-making, resiliency and inclusion.
