The Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce (FDCCC) is a 501 (c) (3) corporation that was founded in 2003 with the generous assistance of corporate members facilitating economic growth in Delaware County and Advance Business Leadership and Education (ABLE).

Youth Leadership Academy

The Youth Leadership Academy, sponsored by the Delaware County Workforce Development Board, Youth Council, and The Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, gives Delaware County high school sophomores the opportunity to connect with local leaders, build leadership skills, and prepare for future opportunities in their schools, communities, and careers.

Leadership Delaware County

Ready to grow as a leader and make an impact in your community? Leadership Delaware County’s 9-month in-person program helps participants strengthen leadership skills, expand perspectives, and build meaningful connections through immersive experiences and conversations with community leaders across Delaware County.

The Coaching Habit

The Coaching Habit is a 6-week leadership intensive for Leadership Delaware County alumni designed to strengthen coaching skills, empower teams, and transform leadership styles through interactive in-person sessions, virtual discussions, and hands-on practice based on Michael Bungay Stanier’s best-selling book, helping leaders create more accountable, creative, and self-reliant teams.

Career Awareness

The Career Awareness Committee supports the Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce by creating meaningful career exploration opportunities that connect Delaware County middle and high school students with local industries, employers, and community partners through career fairs, classroom presentations, industry panels, and workforce experiences that help prepare and inspire the future workforce.
