Leadership Delaware County

Unprecedented times are bringing us unprecedented stress. Many of us are “hitting the wall” and wondering how to cope with the challenges around us. In this 6-week session, we’ll explore how our bodies and minds respond to stress and how this impacts our behaviors and emotions. We’ll identify our own personal challenges and then practice with multiple techniques to address our stressors. We’ll also explore how we can use these same techniques in the workplace.
