Committee Description:
​The Business Owners Group (BOG) is a committee of just that . . . business owners and operators in a variety of industries that range from just starting out in their business to 50 years in business. These peer to peer conversations are lead by the group monthly and occasionally bring in a speaker to share experience or address mutual concerns. 

Business owners and operators are invited to join the Business Owners Group as they continue their conversations to talk through relevant situations that small business owners face daily. 

Meetings are typically held the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 9am EST on Zoom.

Committee Chair: Pete Ricci

Previously, as a Chamber volunteer, Pete has served as the Vice-Chair and Chairman of the Small Business Committee. He also served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Pete was a Chamber’s Business Leader of Distinction Award Winner, Small Business Person of the Year Winner, and is a graduate of the Leadership Delaware County program. Pete has volunteered at many events at the Chamber and relies on his involvement as a component of his business’s growth.
 
Pete’s additional volunteer activities have included 13 years of coaching in the Drexel Hill Little League and UDHL, fundraising and renovating at St George’s Church, and is the founder of Tommy’s Gifts for Kids, which provides gifts to children fighting cancer at Nemours A.I. DuPont Hospital in Wilmington, DE.
 
In 2002, Pete founded Solstice Media, a full-service marketing company focusing on Contractors and Restaurants. He splits his time between Upper Darby, PA and Avalon Manor, NJ, serving clients in both states. 
 
Pete is married to Julie and has two sons - Tommy (25) and Joe (22).
