My journey has been unique. I found my way into hospitality all because I had someone take a chance on me. My career in this industry began in 2014. It was a slow start with no experience in the industry but, I made sure to take the initiative, ask the right questions, and focus on my future path. I knew I enjoyed sales and enjoyed talking with people. This allowed me to begin forging my own path and making those connections. A personal milestone for me was a mentor, who believed in me and gave me multiple opportunities for growth. It allowed me to understand where I wanted to end up and gave me the confidence I needed to strive for excellence. |
