COVID-19: Capital Access Program & Application

Program Highlights:

• Any company with 100 or less employees at time of application.
• Based on incurred working capital costs for up to the last 6 months.
• Up to $100,000 at 0% interest for a 3 year term amortized over 12 years and no payments for the first 12 months. (That equals monthly payments of about $700 in years 2 and 3 with a balloon of $83k at the end)
• No prepayment penalty
• No job requirements 
• Collateral will be a state UCC filing on all business assets current and future (in subordinate post) and personal guarantee of any individual with 20% or more ownership in company,

*Agricultural Producers are at a 2% interest rate due to statute.

NOTE: This is a state program. Small business can apply for both state loan programs and the federal programs, however, they cannot use the loan proceeds for the same “loss.”  For example, if someone applies for the federal economic injury disaster loan to help cover rent for the next 6 months, they cannot then apply for PIDA and say it’s for rent.
