EDSI's On-The-Job Training (OJT)

At this time when Delaware County’s unemployment rate is still in double digits, EDSI's On-The-Job Training (OJT) Team is especially excited to announce that we have Delaware County employers who are aggressively hiring at this time.  

Please help us spread the word: we are looking for unemployed or underemployed Delaware County residents to fill a myriad of open positions currently available. Our OJT Program provides assistance to employers by bringing new employees on board with financial support for their paid training.
 
Job Seekers that participate in our OJT Program benefit by having this grant. It gives them an edge over other job seekers and they gain a peace of mind knowing the jobs available are full time, permanent positions – no temp jobs involved!
