Briefly describe your journey, noting both personal milestones and obstacles you may have faced along the way.
When I started at the firm I was doing taxes and auditing, which turned out not to be my "thing". When they moved me onto our municipal clients, I found my niche doing accounting for local governments. 

How did you hear about LDC and why did you sign up to take part in it?
My boss told me about it. Now that I'm at the point where I'm managing a team, we both felt that this experience would help me gain the knowledge and skill set to be a more effective manager.
 

What inspires you? How does that inspiration play into your professional life?
Being happy inspires me, therefore, being happy at work is a must for me.

What leaders, thinkers or doers do you admire most? Why?
My boss, Peter Barsz. He's very knowledgeable and has helped me gain the confidence I need in order to succeed.

What has been the most valuable professional advice and/or lesson you’ve received.
Communication is key!
